What we issue
Authentikor Vault
The record behind every check.
- The master keys are kept off the servers.
- A person approves every verified company.
- Encrypted backups are kept away from the live system.
AI can fake a message. It can't fake the record.
AI now writes emails, invoices, letterheads and whole websites that look exactly like yours.
Authentikor doesn’t judge how a message looks. A real message carries a code or seal that leads to your record in the Authentikor Vault. A fake has none, or its check shows what the seal was really issued for.
An impersonated email: the check shows it wasn't issued for that sender.
An altered invoice: the check shows the original amount and the last digits of the bank account.
A cloned website: website verification shows the verified company behind the real one.
The certificate
What your client sees when they check a code. Who issued it, what it may be used for, and the dates it is valid.
Check a code, seal or websiteExample only. Sample dates. No certificate issued.
Your signature, managed
Choose template or custom signatures for each person. Campaign banners carry your message, with your own start and end dates and times.

How it works
- 1
Issue a code.
The app makes a unique code and QR code for each item.
- 2
Send it.
The code goes on your email or document.
- 3
They check it.
Your client opens authentikor.co.za/verify and types the code. They see who issued it and whether it is valid.
Nothing to install for the person checking.
Every way to check
Each seal Authentikor issues is one signed record with its own typed code. The code and the seal both lead to that record, so anyone can check a document or an email in the way that suits them.
One seal on every medium you send, one place to check it.Every seal names who issued it. A verified business shows as verified; an account whose business isn't verified yet says so plainly. The same seal goes on email banners, websites, PDFs, financial documents and certificates, and a code without a seal still checks the message. The file check takes a PNG, JPG or PDF and shows every seal, QR code and printed code it finds.
- ClickClick the banner or link in the email.Authentikor reads: The code in the link.
- TypeType the code at authentikor.co.za/verify.Authentikor reads: The typed code.
- QRPoint a phone camera at the QR code.Authentikor reads: The code in the short link, authentikor.co.za/V followed by the code.
- Scan the sealGive the file check a photo, screenshot or the file with the seal.Authentikor reads: The seal.
- Drag inDrag a PNG, JPG or PDF onto the file check: a banner, screenshot, invoice or any sealed document.Authentikor reads: Every seal, QR code and printed code it finds in the file. For a PDF, also the fingerprint of the file.

Try it: drag this seal onto Check a file, or open the examples on Try a seal.

Scan the code or the seal: Authentikor shows what it was issued for, so a changed document or a wrong sender stands out.
What a scan exposes
A scan does not only say yes or no. It shows what the record was issued for, so you can compare it with the document or email in front of you.
- A changed document. The scan shows what the record was issued for: the original invoice number, the amount and the last digits of the bank account. If the page in your hand says something else, the change stands out.
- A wrong sender. For an email, the scan shows the sender address and the recipients, with the recipients masked. A message from any other address does not match.
- Parts of two documents mixed. If the seal, the QR code and the printed code on one page lead to different records, the scan says so: these do not belong together.
- Invoice

- Amount

- Bank account

- Invoice
- INV-2026-0142 (example)
- Amount
- R 92,450.00 (example)
- Bank account

A copied seal reads exactly like the original, so the scan shows what the original was issued for and the difference stands out. The proof is the signed record and the match with your document, not the picture of the seal.
If nothing is found, Authentikor has no seal or code to show for it. That never means the document is fake. Phone the sender on a number you already trust.
