Choose which custom signature is used for new emails and replies. Administrators can also configure a keyword, a chosen word that selects a different custom design.
Choose when a campaign runs.
Set custom start and end dates and times. Choose which senders use a campaign, then add weekday and daily time rules when needed.
Scheduling selects the campaign for an outgoing email. It does not change the content of an email that has already been delivered.

Which emails get the campaign?
For the example schedule above, select the client services senders and Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, in the chosen timezone.

Campaign banners do not carry verification codes.
A campaign promotes your message. A verification-code label lets a recipient check an email or document. They serve separate purposes, and verification artwork stays outside the campaign design.
